Who We Are, and Our Business Segments
We are an educational and financial consulting group in Lean and Lean Accounting. Our seminar, "Growing Revenues and Profits with Lean Beans," is designed to meet the educational needs of CPA's, CMA's, and Controllers, as well as any COO, CFO, CEO, or other business manager whose enterprise is engaged in Lean Change Management. We will customize the seminar to your specific business, and facilitate the customized seminar onsite at your location for a flat fee (no limit to the number of attendees.) Please see "Customize the Seminar" on the left bar for a testimonial.
A second segment of our business offers a two-day Lean Accounting Controller Conference. We offer unique topics and speakers not often heard at financial conferences. Our speakers are CPA's, CMA's, PhD's, Six Sigma Master Black Belts, engineers, as well as professors from Academia who have knowledge of Lean Accounting. These conferences, offered in the late fall and spring, on the east coast as well as the west coast, are not purely "financial" in nature. Please see our dedicated website: www.leancontroller.com for the agenda, speaker bios, and more information on our upcoming conference.
A third and most popular segment of our business is consulting with Lean manufacturing organizations in the implementation of Lean Accounting. We will train your operations people, even those with no formal financial education, to produce a Lean P&L (by product line) directly from data found on the shop floor, and as frequently as managers desire the information. This Lean P&L, together with new Lean metrics, will give top management all they need to run operations from day to day, rather than month to month. Email us today at INFO@leanbeans.net for a customized proposal to implement Lean Accounting in your shop!
In all segments of our business, the emphasis is on Lean Accounting to support Operations and management decision-making. The focus is on Change Management, changing behavior, and defining the future of the company, enhancing processes, inspiring innovation for the growth of both profits and revenues, and enhancing overall business performance.
